Guidelines for Poster Presentation AFC 2023

1. Poster size: Portrait format, A1 (59.4 cm (width) X 84.1 cm (height))
2. The poster boards are numbered sequentially.
3. Refer to the e-Programme Book for your timeslot (available after 10th October).
4. Poster boards are located at  Zone 5 (in front of Meeting Rooms 3-5)
5. Locate your assigned poster board and assemble your poster at the following times:
1. AM Poster: 8:00-9:00
2. PM Poster: 1:00-2:00
3. Removeable adhesive (tack it faber castell)/silicone tape)
6. Take-Down:
1. You are responsible to remove your poster from the board at the end of the session.
2. Any posters left on the poster board at the end of the session will be removed by the organiser, and discarded.
3. The organiser will not be responsible for posters left at the end of the session
7. Organisation: The key is to achieve clarity and simplicity. Do not overload the poster. Use a coherent sequence (top to bottom or left to right) to guide the viewer through the poster. Use figures, tables, graphs and photographs when appropriate; keep text brief. All materials should be legible from a distance.
8. Typography: Avoid using abbreviations, acronyms and jargon. Do not use industry logos or brand names. Font should be consistent throughout.

Guidelines for Oral Presentation AFC 2023

1. Oral presentations are scheduled to take place during the Concurrent Sessions of the program.
2. Refer to the e-Programme Book for your timeslot (available after 10th October).
3. Refer to the e-Programme Book the respective room for different sessions (available after 10th October).
4. Meeting rooms will be equipped with data projector, screen and a PC laptop.
5. Each presenter has 15 min presentation time (12 min for presentation, 3 min for Questions and Answers). Please do not exceed your time.
6. Prepare your presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint OR PDF format.
7. You may upload your slide in PDF format in the respective session via the QR code below latest by October 17, 2023.
